If client PoE has more threads running than you have cpu core threads then bad fps stuttering is the result. I put up with that problemfor years until I upgraded to an 8 core 16 thread cpu and the stuttering problem is gone.

Specifically, anything with frost damage seems like a really bad idea when you're level 2 or 3 when you have no resists or access to freeze immunity on potions, and your mobility is extremely low. Every time I do a crucible and it's frost damage, it's just an unfun pain in the ass.
