In this tier, we've got effects like Vivid Plasma, Searing Plasma, Stormy Storm, Blizzardy Storm, Smoking, Steaming, Orbiting Fire, Eerie Orbiting Fire, and Orbiting Planets. These effects aren't the worst by far, but they're not the most desired either. WebIt's small and not that noticeable, it's an orbiting effect, orbits slowly and a new gen effect. I'd support the customization of the slider to change orbit speed. Also, if you like an unusual effect deemed to be "cancer", that's not really a bad thing since they're much cheaper than the effects considered to be top-tiered and the best looking :)

The cause of your unusual effect not appearing is a common glitch known as an orphaned effect. The same glitch is also the reason you can see unusual effects floating around a map.
