Whether by phone, email or live chat, Product Support Specialists are often the friendly face our customers associate with the Navionics® and Garmin® brands. WebTheir customer service has been awful. They have absolutey no concern over the amount of time we have spent trying to fix this issue with agents who clearly do not care or do not know what they are doing. They obviously do not value their customers or our time, nor do they seem to back their failed product. See more
