I am getting 30-90 Fps on gta 5 depending on my settings and where I am. I have 5700xt, radeon 7 2700x, fully updated drivers to latest version. I am looking at benchmarks on Youtube and people are getting 100+fps on good settings. I cant play with such low fps, and I swear I should get way more fps on this game.
